Personal Profile - John Hannon

John works with organisations to improve the performance of the IT function by executive coaching to help people to change and develop. He coaches leaders and managers responsible for IT services and the initiation or delivery of projects: IT directors, programme managers, project managers, and other IT and change management professionals.

John has been helping organisations deliver IT services and projects as a consultant and programme and project manager for over 25 years. The organisations he has worked with include technology companies such as McDonnell Douglas and CheckFree, and investment managers including Robert Fleming, Barings, Merrill Lynch, Schroders and AXA. He has delivered project management training to McDonnell Douglas, SWIFT and Alcatel.

John has an MA in Professional Coaching. He is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has presented at the European ICF conference. He has written on coaching, leadership and personal development for various publications including Coaching at Work, CIO Magazine and Freelancing Matters.
